The wraparound jacket band on the 20th volume of Hiromu Arakawa’s Fullmetal Alchemist manga will confirm on Friday that a new television anime series is in the works. A new anime series was a topic of much fan discussion for several months, but it was thrust into a more public spotlight last month when a management document was purportedly leaked from the BONES anime studio. The document listed Fullmetal Alchemist animator Yasuhiro Irie as “Hagane 2 kantoku” (Iron/Fullmetal 2 director). Read more at : Animenewsnetwork.com

My thoughts:

I think this is going terrific because I really enjoy Full Metal Alchemist. The story line is so orginal to me ( alchemist/magic/scarficce/etc), thats is why I was hook to FMA after the first episode.

Transmutation Circle???

I do not know how they are going to reintergrate  the feel of FMA because they ended the FMA series in unexpected twist.

*Sigh* I want to watch the movie again

I remember watching the movie and saying to myself , “Shit they better bring back Edward to the other world!” I was really disppointed about the series endding  but it happen. Now that the secound comming will come, I believe that it will not disappont me.

They are one of my favorite dual member band. I love their soft style of music, thought they have done some anime songs; when you listen to it, it does not sound like an anime song, it sounds better.

They have a unique taste. Oh yea they are supper NICE… Manami very beautiful and nice and Denwa is so cool, if you meet him you could see his super coolness

What is the SPJA and what is your role as the chairmen of the SPJA.

Answer:

The Society for the Promotion of Japanese Animation (SPJA) is a non-profit
organization with a mission to popularize and educate the American public
about anime and manga, as well as provide a forum to facilitate
communication between professionals and fans.

The primary objectives and purposes of the SPJA is to:

-The promotion of Anime and Manga as well as arts that influence or are
influenced by them
-To provide common forum for enthusiasts interact
-To foster the trade, commerce, and interests of all members of the industry
and fandom
-To collect and disseminate information of value related anime and Manga
industry to the public
-To perform such other activities that may be necessary or incidental to the
above purposes

The primary way that the SPJA seeks to promote animation and comics in the
United States is through its annual trade show, Anime Expo®. Anime Expo® is
the largest exposition that has invited and hosted artists and professionals
from Japan to meet with their American counterparts and fans.

As the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Perez, is a key visionary in the
direction, creation, financing and maintenance of brands, such as Anime
Expo® and the SPJA Awards, to achieve the overall mission of the
organization.  He leads his team of board members to achieve these goals
with sound cohesiveness, judgment and jurisprudence.

After watching the first episode I fell in love with it. It has great storyline, animation, and Op/ED. In the begining when they played that music with the piano and tremble. I thought it was going to be another clannad but I was wrong. After watching it,  I can not wait for the secound episode.
